⚠️ Safety & Operational Requirements
Segment Retention: Laser welding provides superior safety, but inspect welds before each use. Never use if cracks appear in core or segments.
Deep Cutting: When cutting >200mm depth, reduce feed speed by 30% to prevent core overheating and warping.
Pin Drive Requirement: Blades 400mm+ must use pin drive flanges to prevent arbor hole elongation under torque.
Wet Cutting Only: Dry cutting voids warranty and creates silica dust hazards. Minimum water flow 8 liters/minute.
