This electroplated diamond wheel combines aggressive material removal with precision profiling capabilities. Unlike sintered metal bond wheels, the single-layer diamond coating exposes 100% of the diamond grit, providing exceptionally fast cutting action for detailed edge work and template following.

Professional Usage Guide

Mount on variable speed grinder/polisher. Set speed to 3,000-5,000 RPM. Keep water flowing over contact point. Make multiple light passes rather than one heavy cut. For best results, follow with resin pads starting at 200 grit to remove electroplated wheel scratches.

Customization Available

Custom profiles can be manufactured from customer templates. Lead time 15-20 days for custom radius wheels. Minimum order 10 pieces per profile.
