Also some with loose material, into the metal mold inner pressure molding machine. In vulcanizing tank after vulcanization molding, temperature is 165 ~ 180℃.

 

The manufacturing process of metal bond abrasive tools includes powder metallurgy method and electroplating method. In powder metallurgy, bronze and other materials are used as binding agents. The mixture is formed by hot pressing or pressing at room temperature and then sintered. Using nickel or nickel cobalt alloy as the plating metal, the abrasive is consolidated on the substrate according to the plating process to make the grinding tool.

 

Special types of grinding have sintered corundum grinding tools and fiber grinding tools. Sintered corundum grinding tool is made from alumina powder and the right amount of chrome oxide mixing, molding, at about 1800℃sintering. This kind of abrasive tool is compact in structure and has high strength. It is mainly used for the processing of clocks, meter sand other parts. Fiber abrasives are made from fiber threads containing or adhering to abrasive materials, Such as nylon which have good elasticity and are mainly used for polishing metal materials and their products.
